All orders received by 10am Monday - Saturday will be despatched the same day unless you have requested other wise or the sweets you have ordered are out of stock and you have not selected the increase others or substitute similar options. Orders received over the weekend or during bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

We will despatch to the address as you enter it so please ensure that you enter the full address correctly including country and zip/postal code.

We cannot accept responsibility for uncollected parcels or failed delivery arising from incorrectly entered address details.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Parcelforce 48 hr Service and need to be signed for so please consider this when chosing your delivery address.

We cannot guarantee delivery times with this service.

International deliveries

International deliveries under 1.5kg are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Deliveries over 1.5kg in weight are sent via Parcelforce. All Parcelforce deliveries need to be signed for so please consider this when choosing your delivery address.

We do not guarantee delivery times but European deliveries generally arrive within 3 working days and International deliveries generally arrive within 4-7 working days. If you require guaranteed delivery, next day delivery or any other special arrangements please contact us for a quotation.
